Western Electric KS-15874-L2 Hickok Tube Tester, Cardomatic Picture(s) and Description:

You are bidding on a Western Electric Model KS-15874-L2 Tube Tester, a Cardomatic made by Hickok for Western Electric. It was stored in a damp area, so has some slight corrosion on the aluminum case in spots, and some rust, especially on the back hinges, and needs a better cleaning. It is complete and has the cards for all the Western Electric tubes, types 101 thru 448, including the desirable audio types. I have not removed the panel to look inside nor have I plugged it in, as I would assume it would need some attention before trying to use it. It was found in an ATT Long Line facility. The latches to hold the lid down are missing from the case. All the tubes are in place, and a plug-in calibration module is still in place inside the lid. The tester measures roughly 19 1/2 by 16 by 9 inches in size. It’s a high quality precision tester that deserves a restoration. Shipping weight is 39 pounds.
